Susan Latta, LMFT, FT

Director of grief Counseling

Susan Latta is a licensed marriage and family therapist who has worked in a private practice, hospital and hospice settings for 40 years. Susan provides one-on-one counseling to individuals, families and children, and she facilitates Alleo’s grief support groups and coordinates the yearly grief camps for kids and teens. She holds a fellow in thanatology through the Association of Death Education and Counseling. Susan grew up in Southern California, where she returns frequently to see her family and spend time by the Pacific Ocean.

Sally Ensley, MA

Grief Counselor

Sally Ensley is a grief counselor who joined Alleo Health System in January of 2019. She has a bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, a master’s degree in Christian education from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a master’s degree in professional counseling from Richmont Graduate University. Sally is the former owner and director of Signal Counseling Center, and she has worked as a church minister for 35 years. When not providing grief counseling services, Sally enjoys raising two grandchildren and watching sports.

Donna Rosado, MSW

Grief Counselor

Donna Rosado is a bilingual grief counselor who has worked in the field for more than 20 years, with 14 years of experience in hospice. Fluent in Spanish, she provides grief counseling and facilitates the Caregiver Journey, Sharing Our Stories, and Healing Hearts Family Night support groups. Donna has previously worked as a victim advocate in Palm Beach County, Florida, where she helped bereaved families cope with the aftermath of homicide and provided support through court proceedings and the victim compensation process. Donna is a native New Yorker who loves the mild winters and changing seasons of Southeast Tennessee.
